  • SOCIAL WORK SUPPORT

    Social work support offers early intervention, daily living skills, community engagement, life transition support, and social-emotional development. It uses a holistic, strengths-based approach to achieve the best outcomes for individuals and families. Our Social Workers are trained in Zones of Regulation, Sleep, Counselling, Independent Living Skills, Social Thinking, and Behaviour Support.

  • FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENTS (FCA)

    We take a holistic, client-centred approach to help children build everyday skills at home, school, and in the community. Our team works collaboratively to support communication, mobility, independence, and goal achievement across all areas of life.

  • SUPPORT COORDINATION

    Support coordination services can be provided to help you understand your NDIS plan, coordinate your plan, find suitable providers, access mainstream supports and prepare for your NDIS reviews. 

  • POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT

    LCTS will work with you and your child to develop tailored behavioural assessments, interventions and support plan to best support your child in any environment utilising a Positive Behaviour Support Framework (PBS).

  • SUPPORT WORK/MENTORING

    Our mentoring and support work services help children and young people build confidence, independence, and social skills through meaningful activities at home and in the community. We focus on connection, consistency, and achieving NDIS goals in real-life settings.

    Online resources are available to help children and young people develop confidence, independence, and social skills through meaningful activities at home and in the community, focusing on connection, consistency, and achieving NDIS goals in everyday life.

  • Yes, travel costs are based on the time and distance travelled.

  • The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a scheme of the Australian Government that funds costs associated with disability. The NDIS aims to support a better life for Australians with a significant permanent disability and their families and carers. 

  • We offer a range of services dedicated to promoting and supporting quality of life for all of our participants. This includes but is not limited to:

    - Social work support

    - Speech therapy

    - Occupational therapy

    - Behavioural interventions

    - Supports coordination

    - Sleep consultations

    - Meal time and feeding support

  • Our Northern office is located in Tea Tree Gully, SA. Our Southern office is located in Christies Beach, SA. We also offer a range of mobile services which that can be provided at your home, school or other nominated address to the below regions:

    - Adelaide Hills

    - Murray Bridge 

    - Metropolitan Adelaide

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event that 24 hours is not provided the full cost may be charged. Under circumstances outside of your control, consideration to waive cancellations fees will be given.
